REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At MIKI couture, each article is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on regular orders, we do facilitate size exchange under specific conditions mentioned below.
Refunds are only applicable in case of a damaged or incorrect item delivered by our team after verification.

SIZE EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We offer exchange facility only in case of size-related fitting issues.
If the ordered standard size does not fit appropriately, customers may request a size replacement for the same article.
Please note:
• Only the size can be exchanged.
• The purchased article, design, color, or style cannot be changed.
• Exchange will only be processed for the same outfit in another available size.
• Requests made for design preference or article change will not be entertained.

EXCHANGE REQUEST TIMEFRAME
All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of parcel delivery.
Any request made after the 24-hour period shall not qualify for exchange.
To process an exchange smoothly, customers are advised to contact us immediately upon receiving the parcel.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ORDERS
The following orders are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable:
• Customized size orders
• Customized length orders
• Personalized measurement articles
• Made-to-order custom articles
• Sale or discounted items
As these orders are specially prepared according to customer requirements, no size replacement or return facility is available on such purchases.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM CLAIMS
In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To evaluate such claims, customers are required to share:
• Order details
• Clear product images
• Parcel opening video proof
Once the issue is verified by our team, an appropriate resolution or replacement will be provided.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
Once the order enters processing, packing, or stitching stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Customized and made-to-order articles cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
All orders are dispatched within the committed processing timeline.
However, delivery may vary depending on courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
MIKI couture shall not be held responsible for delays occurring after parcel dispatch.
